Which Classic auction house?
Classic is not one economy. Mists of Pandaria, Burning Crusade and Season of Discovery run on separate realms with separate auction houses, so each one keeps its own prices. Pick the edition you play.
How each edition is collected
Classic prices come from community scans rather than a live server feed, so each edition refreshes on its own schedule. Gaps between refreshes are normal.
