Best deals
The biggest 7-day auction house price drops, weighted by recent market activity — across every game version we track.
Retail auction data refreshes hourly.
The 7-day reference price, back-derived from the current price and the 7-day change — the number the drop is measured against.
Deals are items whose current buyout is below its 7-day reference, ranked by how far the price fell weighted by recent market activity. Prices are shown in gold, silver, and copper. This is market data, not buying advice.
How the deals list works
Every row on this page is an item whose current lowest buyout sits below its own 7-day reference on the market you selected. Rows are ranked by how far the number has fallen, weighted by recent activity — so a modest dip on a heavily traded item can outrank a dramatic swing on something that rarely trades.
The math is deliberately transparent: the 7-day change column is simply the percentage gap between the current value and the 7-day reference. There is no hidden score and no prediction. This page reports observed market data; what you do with it is entirely up to you.
Where the data comes from
Each edition has its own collection pipeline, and the freshness line above the table always states the real schedule for the edition you are viewing:
- Retail — collected hourly from the official Blizzard auction house API.
- TBC Classic — collected hourly from TradeSkillMaster (TSM) data, per realm and per faction.
- MoP Classic — collected weekly from TSM. A quiet stretch between refreshes is expected there, not a bug.
- Season of Discovery — collected roughly twice a day from TSM.
Reading the table
- Item
- The item's name and icon. Selecting it opens the full history page for that item, with charts and per-realm detail.
- Price
- The current lowest buyout, always shown in WoW-native gold, silver, and copper — never a raw decimal.
- 7-day avg
- The reference the drop is measured against, back-derived from the current price and the 7-day change so it stays consistent with the row you see.
- 7-day change
- How far the current buyout sits below (or above) the 7-day reference, as a signed percentage.
- Listings
- How many auctions are currently posted for the item — a quick read on how active that market is.
Realm and faction scoping on classic
Classic auction houses are separate books per realm and per faction: Alliance and Horde on the same realm can value the same item very differently. That is why the classic editions add Realm and Faction selectors — the list you see is the actual book for that exact combination, never a blended average.
Retail works from region-wide data instead, so the Realm and Faction selectors are not shown there.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the list empty for my realm?
An empty list is an honest answer: nothing on that realm and faction currently qualifies as a meaningful drop against its 7-day reference. Quieter realms and slower-refresh editions naturally qualify fewer rows.
How fresh is the data?
It depends on the edition: Retail and TBC Classic refresh hourly, Season of Discovery roughly twice a day, and MoP Classic weekly. The line above the table always tells you the schedule for the edition you are viewing.
Is this buying advice?
No. This page reports observed market data — current buyouts, references, and listing counts. It never recommends, scores, or predicts; whether a falling number matters is entirely your call.
Do I need an account?
No. The deals list is free and requires no login. An account only adds conveniences elsewhere on the site, such as favorites and price alerts.
