Housing
Player housing brought a new economy to the auction house: decor, dyes, and customization items that trade on appearance rather than combat stats. It is the youngest market in the catalog, and its floors are still forming.

Decor is the volume market here: furniture, fixtures, and ornaments for player rooms. Because decor value is aesthetic, prices ignore item level entirely. A low-level piece with a sought-after look can outprice recent gear many times over, and two similar pieces can trade far apart depending on how their sources gate supply.

Dyes form a second, commodity-like market. They recolor fixtures and are used up, so repeat demand keeps them turning over like trade goods, and rare pigments trade like a crafting material with a fashion premium. Decor works the other way: an owned piece can be placed again freely, so supply builds up and early scarcity premiums tend to fade.
A young market is still finding its prices. Many decor items have a single listing, so the cheapest price is a weak signal until a range forms. Housing exists on Retail only, where prices update hourly, and pieces from a new source usually reprice within days of the patch that adds them.
