Containers
Containers — bags, reagent bags, herb pouches, enchanting bags, and the other profession-specific carriers — expand a character's inventory. Tailors craft most ordinary bags; the specialty types come from their matching professions and a handful of drops.

Ordinary bags dwarf every specialty type in volume, and the largest bag a tailor can craft at the current level cap is a permanent seller. Older, smaller bags settle to a floor set by their material cost, which ties the whole shelf to the cloth market: when cloth moves, bag prices follow within days.
Who buys bags, and how specialty carriers price, 3 paragraphes
Bag demand is slot-limited: a character buys a few and stops, so volume comes from new characters rather than repeat buyers. Purchases are rare enough that the long-run price history says more than today's cheapest listing about whether a price sits at the material floor or on a spike.
Specialty containers sell to a narrow audience. A herb bag matters only to herbalists and an enchanting bag only to enchanters, so prices stay flat for weeks, then step when one listing clears. A profession bag holds only its own material family, but more of it than an ordinary bag, which is why dedicated gatherers pay for one.
WoW Forever, TBC Classic and Season of Discovery add quivers and ammo pouches, hunter-only carriers from the era when ammunition was used up shot by shot. Later expansions removed both along with the mechanic.
